Jusepe de Ribera, Francesco De Mura, Pietro da Cortona e Paolo De Majo sono gli artisti ancora presenti con le proprie opere nella chiesa di San Francesco delle Monache. Le loro tele raccontano storie e immortalano momenti di vita, avvenimenti concreti che si mostrano all’occhio dell’osservatore attraverso colori e luce. Si seguiranno gli artisti nel loro processo creativo: una ricostruzione del clima di bottega dalla realtà all’arte.

Rules of thumb to create works "by the book". An unusual approach to the world of artists and painters. Jusepe de Ribera, Francesco De Mura, Pietro da Cortona and Paolo De Majo are the artists that continue to take their place (repre-sented by their own works) at the church of San Francesco delle Mo-nache. Their canvases tell stories, and immortalise certain moments in life — concrete events shown to the visitor through the use of colours and light. We follow the artists through their creative process: a reconstruction of the ambiance in the workshop — from reality to art.
